2. Description of Services
AutoRota
A personal rota management system designed for clinicians. Users can upload their schedule (rota) via spreadsheet (Excel/CSV) or create shifts manually. The platform allows Users to track sick leave, annual leave, and notes. AutoRota is intended for personal management; it does not communicate directly with hospitals or management systems.
Users can subscribe their calendar to external calendar software via a unique link. This link grants read-only access to the User's rota. Users are advised to share this link only with trusted individuals. Users may also share their rota with other Users, granting varying levels of access (view-only, view shifts only, view shifts + metadata, or edit access).
AutoRota Extractor Chrome Extension
A free tool that does not require login. It enables Users to import shifts from other rota management websites (currently supports importing from HealthRota) and then open AutoRota in a new tab to approve the imported shifts. To finalize importing, Users must be logged into their AutoRota account.
3. User Accounts
- Account Creation: To use AutoRota, Users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- User Responsibilities: Users must provide accurate information, keep their passwords secure, and promptly update any account details. Users are also responsible for ensuring their imported rota data is accurate and updated.
- Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any User account at our sole discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
- Abuse of free trials or referral codes.

- Any violation of these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for new Users.
- Subscription Plans: Users may choose from various subscription plans (monthly, 4-monthly, 6-monthly, annual). All subscription payments are processed through Stripe.
- Refund Policy: If a User is unable to import their rota successfully within the first month of paid service, a refund may be issued at our discretion. A refund results in loss of access to the paid subscription features.
- Referral Bonuses: Users may earn referral bonuses, extending their trial or subscription period. Abuse of the referral system may result in account termination.
